Contact
One address, read by a person. Corrections from owners with the hardware in front of them get answered first.
Write to us
We aim to reply within a few days. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days, as described in the privacy policy.
What we can actually help with
- Spec corrections. The most useful mail we get. Tell us the product, what we have wrong and what it should be — a photo of the panel or the label settles most disputes instantly.
- Game database fixes. Missing titles, wrong control requirements, or a cabinet listed as running something it does not.
- Privacy requests. Access, correction, deletion or a copy of your account data. Say which one you want and use the address the account was registered with, so we can tell it is you.
- Account and contest problems. Sign-in trouble, a post you want taken down, or a question about a monthly contest.
- Security reports. Please tell us before disclosing publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it.
- Copyright and takedown. Identify the work, the URL on this site, and include a way to reach you.
What we can't help with
We are an independent reference site. We are not the manufacturer, the seller, or Amazon, and we have no access to your order.
- Order status, shipping, returns or refunds — contact the seller you bought from. If you bought through a link here, that is Amazon, and your order history there has the support route.
- Warranty claims and faulty hardware — the manufacturer or seller, for the same reason.
- Guest posts, link insertions and paid placements. We do not accept them. Mail proposing one will not be answered.
Before you write
A fair number of questions are already answered on the rules and disclosure page (how we rate hardware, contest rules, posting rules) or in the privacy policy (what we collect and which cookies get set). General build questions often do better on the Social Wall, where other owners can see them and answer.
