A PCB purist and someone with save states are not competing at the same thing. Divisions settle that in advance instead of in the comments.
Original Hardware
Authentic PCB in an original cabinet or supergun. CRT required. No enhancements of any kind.
Cabinet
Any home cabinet: Arcade1Up, AtGames, bartop, or a build. Physical stick and buttons required.
Emulator
MAME or equivalent on any display. No save states, rewind, slow-motion or autofire.
Handheld
Official handheld or mini console. Whatever controls it shipped with.
